So now I am the proud owner of two brand new ZX81 kits and a couple of new ZX81 books. The kit boxes have been dinged slightly, but considering these are about 25 years old, that’s to be expected. This is so fricken cool! 8^)

    Wow, those are in nice shape. Are you going to build them?

    Where were they stashed to keep them in new condition like that?

    I came across a guy who used to sell the ZX81 kits when they first came out. Turns out he still has stock, so I couldn’t resist! ;^)

    I’m sorely tempted to build one, but I really don’t need to because I have two or three working ZX81s stashed away in my back room. I think I’ll just leave them as is for now though and decide later whether or not to whip the soldering iron out and build one.
